About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify unmet oncologist needs and provide solutions through exemplary disease area and product knowledge
- Segment customers based on clinical priorities and position brands effectively
- Engage in scientific dissemination of data through educational sessions and HCP group meetings
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and KDMs, to influence hospital listings and tenders
- Manage territory health by adhering to SFE parameters, coverage, and frequency
- Collaborate with distribution networks and purchase teams to ensure smooth product supply
- Collect and analyze market, competitor, and customer data to develop effective sales plans
- Ensure all field activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations and company business principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 4-5 years of oncology or solid tumor segment sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business objectives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms
- Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Multinational Corporations (MNCs) promoting innovative products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude
