About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify oncologist unmet needs and provide solutions through exemplary disease area and product knowledge
  • Segment customers based on clinical priorities and position brands effectively
  • Communicate product benefits, features, and patient outcomes to healthcare professionals
  • Engage in scientific dissemination of data through educational sessions
  • Collect and analyze market data to develop territory sales plans and customer mapping
  • Manage territory hygiene by adhering to SFE parameters, coverage, and frequency
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) to influence hospital listings and tenders
  • Collaborate with distribution networks and purchase teams to ensure smooth product supply
  • Ensure all field activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations and company business ethics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
  • 4-5 years of sales experience specifically within the Oncology or Solid Tumour segment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting business objectives
  • Strong domain knowledge in cancer or relevant disease areas
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Multinational Corporations (MNCs) with innovative product promotion
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
