Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and manage ServiceNow instances to meet business requirements
  • Deploy, validate, and operationalize custom applications on the NOW platform
  • Customize and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
  • Support application development and implementation processes

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow instances
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in custom app deployment on the NOW platform
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
  • At least 1 year of application development experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
