Specialist OpEx

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizen events to achieve measured results and targeted hard savings
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate waste and troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and material flow issues
• Coach and train both hourly and salaried employees on operational excellence and specific OpEx improvements
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, managing risks, issues, and resources while taking corrective actions
• Communicate project scope and provide weekly status reports to upper management
• Evaluate and close projects by analyzing lessons learned and handing over processes to owners
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through the Goal Deployment Process (GDP)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Finance (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in Operations or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis
• Ability to work effectively across different organizational levels, from the shop floor to management
