Specialist Operations Mfg Alliances

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the Manufacturing Alliances team regarding SAP scheduling agreements, inventory control, and materials sourcing.
• Maintain material master records, BOMs, production reporting, and variances within SAP.
• Identify, execute, and track continuous improvement opportunities and facilitate ideation sessions.
• Monitor PLM projects and coordinate with Account Management, Marketing, and Procurement to communicate timing and updates.
• Manage warehouse space and identify obsolete or damaged packaging materials at co-packing and co-manufacturing facilities.
• Identify financial risks on external suppliers and develop resolution plans to minimize costs and manage working capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (emphasizing Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, specifically focusing on manufacturing, planning, sourcing, or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
