Specialist - OM & CS

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including entry, validation, confirmation, and fulfillment
• Process complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints using ERP systems like SAP/S4 HANA
• Handle order exceptions such as changes, cancellations, returns (RGA), and credit notes
• Monitor backorders and proactively resolve delivery delays to ensure timely fulfillment
• Act as the primary customer interface via email and phone, providing updates on shipment and delivery status
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and meet SLA targets
• Manage customer portals and EDI orders while ensuring compliance with pricing agreements and company policies
• Identify process gaps and support automation initiatives involving RPA or AI-enabled processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, or Customer Service
• Working knowledge of SAP (SD/S4 HANA preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts (24x5 model)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services environment (SLA/KPI-driven)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and customer portals
• Basic understanding of reporting, data analysis, or controlling
• Knowledge of RPA or AI tools
