Specialist - OM & CS

Responsibilities

• Carry out order placement to ensure timely processing and delivery to clients while maintaining high service standards
• Support the management of the order master Client Relationship Management (CRM) database for accurate tracking and data integrity
• Administer vendor coordination to facilitate smooth order fulfillment processes and alignment with client expectations
• Validate orders to ensure accuracy, compliance with client specifications, and adherence to company policies
• Support invoicing requests from accounts payable to ensure seamless transactions and financial accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in order placement and management
• Proficiency in CRM database management and data integrity
• Experience in vendor coordination and fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail for order validation and compliance
• Ability to support financial processes including invoicing coordination
