Specialist Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critical patients using scientific and humanistic knowledge.
• Monitor and record vital signs and manage hourly fluid control.
• Manage patients with invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Handle specialized equipment and procedures, including arterial lines, catheters, and BIAC.
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient care, including SAP charging and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healthcare excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Licenciada en Enfermería).
• Specialty in Intensive Care (Cuidados Intensivos).
• Valid professional title and license (Título y cédula profesional).
• Proven experience working with critical care patients.
• Strong patient service and interpersonal skills.
