Responsibilities

• Perform independent assessments, nursing, and treatments within specialist psychiatric outpatient care
• Conduct health-promoting and supportive conversations
• Perform examinations and sampling
• Maintain documentation according to current guidelines
• Participate in and develop group activities
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to quality, improvement, and development work
• Supervise students or new colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Licensed nurse with specialist training in psychiatric care
• Experience working within specialist psychiatric care
• Ability to work independently with assessment and treatment
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills and experience with electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with group activities or group treatments
• Experience in development or change management projects
• Experience with rTMS treatment
• Experience in supervision or pedagogical work
• Experience with digital workflows within psychiatry
