Specialist, New Product Logistics

Responsibilities

• Drive product planning activities from the planning stage through to delivery, managing product cycle schedules and manufacturing integration.
• Synchronize with design, applications, and marketing teams to understand material needs and provide updates on order status and priorities.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in the project management flow by collaborating with internal designers and manufacturing departments.
• Manage new product sampling and processing to ensure the on-time delivery of engineering samples to customers.
• Maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM) sheets to ensure adequate material capacity for product development.
• Manage wafer starts in the Fab and oversee cycle times through assembly for all new products.
• Enter material and packaging information into workflow software systems and manage product numbering.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree (preferred) or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven problem-solving experience with the ability to handle diverse scopes and complexities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within established policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact effectively across functional areas.
