Specialist, New Equipment Project Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of multiple new installation projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical and safety standards.
• Coordinate all contract activities from the project award stage through completion, ensuring consistency with the required scope.
• Communicate proactively with client representatives, including general contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage construction process duties such as billing, consultant and contractor payments, processing RFIs, and optimizing change order opportunities.
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine cost impacts and develop contingencies for estimates.
• Collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure financial and customer success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction project management.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.
