Specialist, New Equipment Project Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of multiple new equipment installation projects to ensure efficiency and cost containment
• Ensure flawless project execution by meeting schedules, budgets, and all technical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate all contract activities from project award through customer handover and financial close
• Partner with sales and field operations teams to ensure installations align with contract documents and project scope
• Communicate project progress regularly to branch, regional, and senior leadership
• Act as a primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies
• Manage construction process duties including billing, vendor payments, RFIs, and change order optimization
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and contractual documents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator project management or construction
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft software within technical environments
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or business administration preferred
