Specialist Network Engineer - Cisco Security

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions for Network Access Control (NAC)
• Configure and manage AAA services including 802.1X, MAB, and TACACS+
• Manage guest access portals, BYOD onboarding, and posture assessment policies
• Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory and identity management systems
• Manage Cisco Firepower (FTD & FMC) environments, firewall policies, and VPNs
• Monitor security features such as IPS, AMP, and URL Filtering
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure compliance
• Maintain documentation of security configurations and operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in network security or security engineering
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and Cisco Firepower (FTD & FMC)
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network security and NAC solutions
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and security architectures
• Experience with VPN technologies and firewall policy management
