Specialist, Motions Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Transform complex technical concepts into modern animations, 2D graphics, and storyboards
• Collaborate with team members, internal customers, and subject matter experts to create engaging end-user support content
• Develop design elements including site layout, navigation, images, icons, and other multimedia assets to support product training and customer support initiatives
• Consult with 3D designers on the creation and integration of product models into videos and other interactive content
• Develop new and inventive ways of applying visual design, animation, and graphic design to promote customer support and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience, OR 8 years of prior related experience in graphic design, interactive design, animation, and motion graphics
• Demonstrated proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Demonstrated experience developing graphic and video assets based on established storyboards
• An online portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality, original designs must be included in your application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing training content and creating engaging content within company brand guidelines
• Proven competency in Adobe Creative Suite and forward-thinking related to responsive design
• Experience creating content for social media
• Military communications experience
• Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement regarding new applications and technologies
