Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations to employees
• Manage monthly inventory and control of medications and medical supplies
• Conduct medical examinations for new personnel during the admission process
• Oversee the correct use and administration of medications, materials, equipment, and medical facilities
• Perform safety walkthroughs and maintain medical records and metrics

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Medicina General (Degree in General Medicine)
• 3 years of experience in the field preferred
• Availability of time
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
