Specialist Mechanical Engineer - Rotating

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of offshore oil & gas projects for ADNOC, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and HSE requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies across all phases including FEED, EPC, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore stakeholders and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports while tracking variations, claims, and contract changes.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies in compliance with ADNOC HSE policies and international standards.
• Oversee EPC contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications.
• Prepare periodic project reports for senior management and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum).
• 12–18 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• 5–8 years of experience in offshore project management.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong experience in EPC project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, or brownfield modifications.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and high-demand environments.
