Specialist - MDM

Responsibilities

• Maintain MDM attributes and governance for Customer and Vendor Master to ensure data quality, enrichment, and integrity.
• Liaise with US and APAC business process streams and Accounting Shared Services to support master data lifecycle.
• Resolve data migration issues promptly using established business governance rules to prevent business interruption.
• Document requirements, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Accounting Shared Services organization.
• Ensure all MDM procedures comply with applicable Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare monthly KPI metrics and perform analyses to support continuous monitoring of the MDM function.
• Assist with the integration of master data for customers and vendors during future SAP deployments or acquisitions.

Requirements

• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of operational experience with a functional understanding of corporate or regional operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and MDM systems.
• Experience working within a Shared Service Center or for a US/EU Multinational company.
• Proficiency in other Asian languages.
