Specialist - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Procure ad hoc air, ocean, and express rates to support solution requirements
• Manage rate validity and variable rates to ensure accuracy
• Maintain transportation analysis, decision support systems, and rate benchmarks
• Report on monthly site metrics and logistics savings plans
• Develop and maintain comprehensive rate databases
• Manage global transportation rates with suppliers and oversee contract management
• Process purchase orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder service skills
