About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services across inpatient wards
- Provide expert advice on antimicrobial prescribing and stewardship
- Support medicines optimisation and patient safety initiatives
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to audits, governance, and service development activities
Requirements
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven clinical pharmacy experience within an NHS setting
- Experience in antimicrobial pharmacy or stewardship
- Ability to work at Band 7 or Band 8A level
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
