About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contributor to end-to-end product life cycle management for Scout vehicles and the Scout Platform
  • Coordinate and track all life-cycle-related requests to ensure alignment with program timing and technical maturity
  • Lead preparation and validation of business case inputs for product updates and component strategy changes
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, purchasing, production, quality, logistics, finance, and program management
  • Support the definition, documentation, and maintenance of life cycle requirements and traceability
  • Lead the development and review of senior management decision papers for executive approval
  • Ensure governance systems reflect accurate configuration data and status updates
  • Represent life cycle management topics in cross-functional governance forums
  • Identify and lead improvements to life cycle management processes and decision-making workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5-7 years of experience in an automotive environment
  • Experience in Change Coordination or Program Management roles
  • Proven track record with automotive projects from concept to series production
  • Strong project management and technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VW Group processes and tools
