Specialist, Key Account Pricing Operations

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Supply team tools
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Become a subject matter expert in extranet, API, Yield Control System (YCS), and CRM Platform
• Seek ways to optimize team performance
• Assist operations team with project tasks to improve efficiencies between departments and markets
• Develop reporting and systems for internal use
• Share and seek out best practices and knowledge
• Run individual initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SQL
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
