Specialist IVF Physician

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and fertility evaluations for patients and couples
• Develop individualized treatment plans for infertility and reproductive health conditions
• Perform and manage IVF/ICSI cycles, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers
• Interpret diagnostic tests including ultrasound scans, hormonal profiles, and genetic screening results
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journeys

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology with a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine or IVF
• Mandatory DOH Abu Dhabi License or eligibility
• 3–5 years of experience in IVF and fertility treatments in a reputable healthcare facility
• Proven expertise in ART procedures and fertility management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced fertility preservation techniques
• Strong understanding of international fertility treatment protocols and standards
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural healthcare environment
