About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of Software Asset Management (SAM) tickets within ServiceNow queues
- Maintain accurate contract management data within the ServiceNow platform
- Coordinate procurement activities by obtaining vendor quotations and managing software requisitions
- Process goods receipts, cancellations, and updates in procurement systems
- Perform invoice reconciliation between purchase orders, shopping carts, and invoices
- Identify and resolve accounts and billing discrepancies
- Track software assets, usage, and internal billing processes to support reporting requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Dynamics and Costpoint systems
- Background in supporting procurement, invoicing, or financial reconciliation in IT environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
