Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of emerging commercial data and AI/ML capabilities within the Commercial organization
• Establish engagement models to collaborate with Commercial Data & Analytics teams to realize business value
• Support technology product owners in the launch and growth of product teams focused on data connectivity and predictive modeling
• Mentor junior team members and drive agile operating principles through user story development and quality oversight
• Interact with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps and drive DevOps
• Act as a subject matter expert in emerging technology capabilities by researching and implementing new tools and methodologies
• Provide input for governance discussions to support executive alignment on technology strategy and investment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8-13 years of experience in Information Systems
• Experience leading data and analytics teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proficiency in writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Experience with ETL tools such as Databricks
• Experience with AWS, Redshift, or equivalent cloud-based databases and storage systems (S3)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of sales and incentive compensation value streams
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira Align and Confluence
• Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
• Experience managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code test automation software
• Understanding of software systems strategy, governance, and infrastructure
