Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to identify and deliver Generative AI solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Capture the voice of the customer through interviews, workshops, and process assessments to drive requirements discovery.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify optimization opportunities and high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, including accuracy, usability, and governance.
• Break down Epics into Features and sprint-ready User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with UX teams to align process maps and user scenarios with interaction designs.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and delivered functionality against business expectations and success metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, business processes, and product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree with 8 to 13 years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, user story development, and process modeling.
• Strong experience in Agile product delivery using Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in backlog management, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Solid analytical skills, including data analysis and KPI development.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Generative AI products and solutions.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and RAG-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, adoption metrics, and responsible AI governance principles.
