Specialist IS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team to drive commercial business strategies
• Interact with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps and drive DevOps
• Mature Agile operating principles through user story development, robust testing, and quality oversight
• Connect diverse commercial data sources into consumable formats such as dashboards, reports, and mobile interfaces
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Reporting and Incentive Compensation capabilities by implementing new tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Information Systems
• Proven experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proficiency in using Jira for writing user requirements and acceptance criteria
• Technical expertise in SQL scripting and basic Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS cloud-based platforms
• Strong ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps
• Familiarity with ETL tools, Big Data, and Data Lake technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of sales and incentive compensation value streams
