Specialist, Inventory Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters
• Develop inventory frameworks balancing customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency
• Monitor inventory risks including low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints
• Drive inventory rebalancing strategies to maximize stock utilization and support End-of-Season Sale objectives
• Establish and track key inventory KPIs such as stock health, forecast accuracy, and sell-through
• Support allocation and scarcity management for high-demand products
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory flows and increase business agility
• Act as a partner to cluster stakeholders to drive alignment on inventory decisions
• Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives within the supply chain ecosystem

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, or Merchandise Planning
• Experience working with retail products or commercial planning environments
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools
• Ability to present insights and lead discussions with stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or data querying
• Experience with AI tools
