Specialist – Intercompany

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform Month-End Close (MEC) and Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations according to standard processes
• Handle escalations from stakeholders and mentor team members
• Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to share business metrics and align on customer expectations
• Drive team performance regarding KPI metrics and AP/AR aging
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to eliminate non-value-added activities

Requirements

• B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) degree
• 4-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of experience within the BPO industry
• Hands-on experience in Intercompany (IC) functions
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
