Specialist, Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements
• Identify, record, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance and functionality meet operational standards
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and test methodology
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with development teams
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and 2 years of prior related experience, OR
• 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Active U.S. DoW Top Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoW TS/SCI security clearance
• Active Security+ CE certification
• Familiarity with MBSE/Eggplant, Jira, Confluence, or similar testing and collaboration tools
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) & DevSecOps methodology
• Proficiency in Linux and Test Automation software
• Experience with Java and C++ application software testing
• Basic knowledge of the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) enterprise
