Responsibilities

• Independent medical care of inpatient and outpatient patients
• Performance and evaluation of endoscopic examinations (gastroscopies, colonoscopies, and other gastroenterological diagnostics and therapies)
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments
• Participation in the specialist on-call service
• Supervision and guidance of assistant physicians
• Further development of gastroenterological and internal medicine care

Requirements

• Recognition as a specialist in Internal Medicine
• Additional training in Gastroenterology
• Sound experience in endoscopic diagnostics and therapy
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Strong patient orientation and empathy
