Responsibilities

• Indication of operative and conservative treatment options
• Organization and execution of clinic outpatient consultations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and proactive communication with other departments
• Participation in on-call service (if suitable)
• Supervision and training of resident physicians

Requirements

• Specialist degree in general and/or visceral surgery
• Clinical-operative expertise, especially in minimally invasive surgery
• Ability to contribute personal special expertise in surgical specialties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsibility, commitment, and team spirit
• Social competence in dealing with all professional groups, patients, and referrers
• Business-oriented thinking
