About the Company

Capio Vårdcentral Väsby is a well-established health center with approximately 10,000 listed patients and around 100 patients in home healthcare. We have a stable team of 30 employees, including a medical group of specialists, ST-doctors, and licensed physicians.

Responsibilities

• Run your own clinic with both acute and planned patient visits
• Manage both physical visits and digital patient contacts
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and participate in team rounds and physician meetings
• Supervise ST-doctors (specialist trainees)
• Participate actively in quality and development work

Requirements

• Specialist in general medicine
• Experience in Swedish primary care
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Ability to supervise ST-doctors
• Comfortable with digital working methods

• Interest in home healthcare
• Engagement in quality and improvement work
