Specialist IMS Core

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IMS and fixed voice Performance Management and Design Planning for large CSPs
• Propose new parameters and configuration changes to ensure continuous network performance improvement
• Design technical solutions for new services in core networks and optimize network performance based on subscriber base
• Perform QoS, parameter, and capacity audits according to customer requirements
• Conduct KPI analysis and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Execute network upgrades, new installations, and complex troubleshooting/analysis
• Support RFP discussions, BoQ finalization, and ordering processes
• Lead technical discussions and governance in customer calls regarding IMS and CS Core

Requirements

• End-to-end knowledge of IMS and CS Core networks
• 3-4 years of experience in Design, Planning, or Optimization of IMS Core Nodes (SBG, CSCF, TAS, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills within IMS and CS Core environments
• Proven experience in team handling and customer management
• Solid understanding of IP networking
• Deep knowledge of architecture and interfaces for Ericsson Core network elements (IMS, Fixed Voice, MSC, MGW, HSS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 5G Core (5GC) technologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with network tracing and automation concepts
• Familiarity with Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio
