Specialist Implantology

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine implant therapy suitability
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for dental implant patients
• Perform advanced surgical procedures including implant placement, bone grafting, and sinus lifts
• Coordinate with prosthodontists, dental technicians, and other specialists to ensure optimal restoration outcomes
• Provide post-operative follow-up and manage patient care throughout the healing process
• Educate patients about implant procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and maintenance
• Remain current with the latest advancements and best practices in implantology and periodontal care

Requirements

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with specialist certification or advanced training in implantology
• Proven experience and expertise in dental implant surgery, including complex cases
• Strong surgical skills encompassing bone grafting, sinus lifting, and other implant-related procedures
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patients and complex cases efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
