Specialist III, Quality/Product Safety

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality and food safety standards in accordance with international and country-specific regulations.
• Manage and structure the FSSC 22000 quality management system pillars.
• Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal, client, and certification audits.
• Conduct analysis of finished products, semi-finished products, and imported raw materials.
• Monitor and manage corrective actions for quality non-conformities detected during audits.
• Drive a strong field presence to reinforce food safety culture and operational excellence.
• Provide technical support, prepare reports, and manage quality indicators and reporting.
• Plan and track product certifications to meet market demands.
• Train and sensitize teams, suppliers, and auditors regarding company processes and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food industry quality or industrial quality management.
• Mastery of FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000 standards.
• Solid experience in quality and food safety auditing.
• Strong operational and field-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to train, lead, and sensitize diverse teams.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, and structured thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to act as a backup for the QHSE Manager.
• Strong transverse coordination skills across production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Proactive approach to improving and revitalizing existing quality systems.
