Specialist II, Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on Clean Kit Management (CKM) activities and related checklists to ensure completion within deadlines
• Ensure accurate preventive maintenance (PM) activity reporting and data sharing with internal teams and external vendors
• Manage procurement tasks including submitting purchase requests (PR), managing pricing revisions, and tracking PO issuance
• Monitor PM activity closure, time charging, and spare part availability, escalating shortages to planning
• Report on recycling and IQC feedback, including anomaly handling and data reporting
• Manage on-hold kits by coordinating disposition with VE, Service, and Sales teams
• Review and reconcile vendor stock reporting to correct inaccuracies and update abnormal stock status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Basic understanding of service administration or logistics within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
• Business-level English communication skills for professional workplace interactions
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in task follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in administrative support, logistics, or supply chain coordination within the semiconductor industry
• Experience using SAP ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
