About the role

Responsibilities

  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to provide performance insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across different regions
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align on performance targets and best practices
  • Manage headcount allocation, utilization, and workforce planning activities
  • Coordinate the tracking of tool installation and qualification activities across regions
  • Maintain data quality and completeness for tool deployment and readiness records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and strategic problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
