Specialist I, Retail Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations.
• Assist in organizing community events and experiences that connect consumers with sport.
• Deliver product knowledge and brand education through EKIN training sessions, including store visits, clinics, and workshops.
• Inspire and educate store athletes to enhance the consumer experience and service quality.
• Build relationships with store teams, athletes, and local communities to strengthen brand engagement.
• Collect consumer, product, and marketplace feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Help maintain consistent Nike brand standards across retail and community touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, training, or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan’s retail landscape and local consumer trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel within Taiwan and to Mainland China for store visits and meetings.

• Experience with digital and social platforms.
• Skills in content creation.
