Specialist I, Procurement Management

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Procurement Service Center within the Downstream Operations Team
• Collaborate with peers and BPO providers to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Implement workflow strategies in compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Support strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall team performance
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Corporate Disbursement, and Category Management to troubleshoot challenges
• Develop and draft training documents, SOPs, and materials to ensure compliance
• Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing transaction trends and user inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience drafting SOPs, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Contact Center, Call Center, or Customer Service environment
