Specialist I, Field Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to develop dashboards and reports.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align on KPI targets and performance improvement plans.
• Manage headcount allocation, utilization, and workforce planning to optimize resource capacity.
• Coordinate and track tool installation and qualification activities, ensuring data accuracy in SHaRP.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.
