Specialist Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and progressive human resource support to prioritize time-sensitive business needs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to implement improvements in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Deliver HR administrative support, ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and internal policies to ensure compliance.
• Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, compliance, and change management.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Experience with Lucid.
