About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process quality standards and projects
  • Create start-to-finish documentation for Accessories Installed in (AIC)
  • Coordinate quality project milestones including preparation and implementation
  • Define production requirements for the Accessory Installation Center
  • Manage realization of VFF, PVS, 0-series, and production ramp-up
  • Process improvement proposals and change requests
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in automotive production and quality control
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems and mechanical assembly
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process Management
  • Proficiency in office and web-based applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
