About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process quality standards and projects
- Create start-to-finish documentation for Accessories Installed in (AIC)
- Coordinate quality project milestones including preparation and implementation
- Define production requirements for the Accessory Installation Center
- Manage realization of VFF, PVS, 0-series, and production ramp-up
- Process improvement proposals and change requests
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in automotive production and quality control
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process Management
- Proficiency in office and web-based applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
