Specialist - GBS Inventory Control

Responsibilities

• Identify root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse and stores
• Retrieve and research information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system
• Carry out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinate count staff
• Oversee and perform regular internal audits and prepare for external audits
• Produce statistical management information and KPIs to measure inventory performance
• Research excess inventory and make recommendations for reducing obsolete material
• Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve requests and issues
• Monitor procedural compliance and assist in the development of process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a global environment across various time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
