Specialist – Gate 3 & 4

Responsibilities

• Execute engine assembly activities in compliance with approved procedures, manuals, and quality standards.
• Support configuration control, troubleshooting, and operational readiness by ensuring the proper use of tools and resources.
• Maintain strict adherence to aviation regulations, customer requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Identify and report non-compliance or defects and support audits and quality reviews.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and technical guidance to junior staff to foster high-quality assembly work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives targeting safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, MRO, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in engine assembly or aviation maintenance environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Gate 3 & 4 engine operations.
• Relevant engine type training and technical approvals.
• Strong engine MRO technical knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience acting as an approval holder.
• Prior experience in coaching or mentoring junior technical staff.
• Proven ability to participate in root cause analyses and operational excellence projects.
