Specialist-FP&A

Responsibilities

• Develop, consolidate, and present robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, and OPEX.
• Build financial forecasts and participate in the budgeting process.
• Prepare sales reports highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities, and currency impacts.
• Monitor daily orders data and prepare "Daily Order Forecast" reports, tracking KPIs such as Backlog and Takt time.
• Conduct periodic reporting of Gross-to-Net Sales and analyze drivers like cash discounts and rebates.
• Track and report OPEX (R&D, SG&A) and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare inventory reports and dashboards focusing on forecasting, seasonality, and working/non-working inventory.
• Perform in-depth analysis of AR, DSO, DIO, and Cash flow data to assist in month-end and quarter-end reporting.
• Drive process improvements through automation, digitization, and enhanced analytics.
• Partner with Corporate and Business Group FP&A teams to handle ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant FP&A work experience.
• Educational background in CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
