Specialist - Financial Operations- Revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue recognition process by validating timing, value, and nature in accordance with contracts and IFRS 15 standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, resolving issues related to revenue cut-off and pricing discrepancies
• Prepare revenue forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and analyze pricing and volume trends to support margin improvement
• Develop detailed revenue reports and dashboards for management to support strategic financial decisions
• Support internal and external audit processes with thorough reconciliations and documentation
• Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance revenue visibility and automation
• Lead initiatives to document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to revenue processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Advanced expertise in revenue recognition principles and strategic revenue analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Proficiency in digital reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong ability to act as a business partner and influence decision-making through data-driven insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA
