Specialist Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery of AI solutions for engineering teams
• Implement customer solutions using engineering datasets such as simulation, testing, and manufacturing data
• Apply machine learning concepts within real engineering workflows
• Help customers understand and adopt AI-driven approaches to problem solving
• Contribute to the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across multiple customer projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience with engineering development workflows involving simulation, test, or manufacturing data
• Experience using engineering datasets and analytical tools to solve complex technical problems
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and data-driven modeling
• Experience learning and applying new technical platforms or analytical tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience communicating technical findings to engineering stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience in automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with physical testing data, simulation workflows, or design optimization
• Experience working with large engineering datasets or data-driven engineering tools
• Fluency in German or Spanish
