Specialist, Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the Maximo system to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
• Execute efficient and timely processing of work orders within the Maximo system
• Conduct regular updates and maintenance of Master Data within the Maximo database
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive process transformation and data-driven operations
• Provide troubleshooting support for Maximo-related issues and facilitate daily office hours
• Deliver technical training to users to enhance system adoption and effective utilization
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and workload

Requirements

• Associate degree or certificate in a science or technical field
• 2-3 years of experience in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to support process improvements or transformation initiatives
• Must be able to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, MA campus
• Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
