Specialist Export

Responsibilities

• Independently process and manage export operations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with export regulations, including export licenses
• Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and customs authorities
• Adhere to shipping instructions and generate necessary reports

Requirements

• Commercial training in wholesale, foreign trade, or freight forwarding
• Proven professional experience in logistics, freight management, and customer management
• Extensive experience in import/export with foundational knowledge of customs processes
• Deep understanding of international and local transport markets (parcel, express, air, sea, road, and rail)
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel with Pivot tables
• Strong time management and self-organization skills
