Specialist ENT

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of granted clinical privileges
• Conduct outpatient clinics and provide inpatient consultations and on-call coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatrics, anesthesia, radiology, and nursing services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records in accordance with hospital policies
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, hospital bylaws, and clinical governance standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
• Completion of a recognized ENT (Otolaryngology) specialty training program
• Board Certification, CCT, CCST, Arab Board, or equivalent qualification
• Valid DOH Specialist ENT license or eligibility to obtain one
• 3–5 years of post-specialization experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
